SessionScribe is a macOS app for recording, transcribing, and summarizing conversations. You must use it in compliance with applicable law and your own workplace policies.
Data handling policy: SessionScribe does not host or store your conversation audio, transcripts, summaries, or notes on SessionScribe servers.
No SessionScribe account is required for core app use. If you use any account-based support, billing, or license features, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
Our Privacy Policy describes how limited website, billing, and support data is handled. SessionScribe follows a zero-storage policy for conversation data.
Keeping conversation data on-device may help teams with strict privacy requirements, but you remain responsible for evaluating whether SessionScribe fits your own legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
You retain ownership of your content. Any rights you grant to SessionScribe are limited to what is necessary to operate the service.
