Welcome to SessionScribe. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Important: SessionScribe operates on a zero-storage policy for your conversation data. We do not store any of your conversation data, transcriptions, or notes on our servers. The only data transmissions that occur are to OpenRouter or OpenAI using your own API key when processing your conversations. These transmissions are subject to OpenRouter's and OpenAI's respective privacy policies. We never transmit your data to any other third-party servers.

5. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.

As mentioned in our zero-storage policy, we do not store any of your conversation data, transcriptions, or notes. All processing of your conversations is done locally on your device, with the exception of API calls to OpenRouter or OpenAI using your own API key.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to:
